Looking for a fun way to spend a weekend, or a romantic idea for a date? Then visit the friendly staff and inviting setting of Romano Vineyard and Winery in Brandywine, Maryland!
Founded by Joseph and Jo-Ann Romano, the winery is located south of Washington, D.C., in the scenic rural section of Prince George’s County. The owners are committed to producing small lots of hand-crafted wine from the grapes grown in the vineyard and those of carefully selected custom growers.
The vineyard is home to five wine grape varietals—Chambourcin, Barbera, Vidal, Cayuga, and Traminette—as well as six table grape varietals.
The winery is open for tastings every Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. There is no food onsite, so feel free to bring food with you to enjoy. For groups of more than 10 people, please contact the winery at firstname.lastname@example.org or 301-752-1103 prior to arrival.
